Ingredients Serves 6

4- 5 oz. of canned tuna

¾ cup of cottage cheese

1 stalk of celery, minced

4 tbsp. of dill pickles, minced

1 tbsp. yellow mustard

1 tsp. of garlic, minced

2 tbsp. of dill, minced

Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl: tuna, cottage cheese, celery, red onion, pickles, dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper.

Suggestion: Pair with whole grain pita or crackers and enjoy!
